Members will be aware of the ongoing sanctions regarding export of Iranian crude oil from previous News Alerts (click \u8fd9\u91cc<\/a> and \u8fd9\u91cc<\/a>). Whilst a temporary suspension of certain sanctions (currently until 30 June 2015) is in place, including for the export of Iranian crude oil, the suspension in relation to crude only applies to the carriage from Iran to US waiver countries outside the EU (currently China, India, South Korea, Taiwan and Turkey).<\/p>\n

In recent weeks it has become apparent that sophisticated attempts are being made to dupe shipowners into transporting Iranian crude to non US waiver countries by loading it at Khor Fakkan in the UAE. Shippers appear to be transporting the sanctioned cargo from Iran to Khor Fakkan using feeder ships and then, using falsified cargo documentation, by way of STS transfer to innocent vessels at Khor Fakkan.<\/p>\n

\u8fd1\u6765\uff0c\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u7ecf\u5e38\u501f\u52a9\u8ba1\u5212\u5468\u5bc6\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u5b89\u6392\u5584\u610f\u8239\u4e1c\u5728\u963f\u8054\u914b\u6cd5\u574e\u88c5\u8d27\uff0c\u8fd0\u8f93\u4f0a\u6717\u539f\u6cb9\u524d\u5f80\u672a\u7ecf\u7f8e\u56fd\u8c41\u514d\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u901a\u8fc7\u652f\u7ebf\u8239\u5c06\u53d7\u5236\u88c1\u8d27\u7269\u4ece\u4f0a\u6717\u8fd0\u8f93\u81f3\u6cd5\u574e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4f2a\u9020\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u5355\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fc7\u9a73\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c06\u539f\u6cb9\u88c5\u8fd0\u81f3\u6e2f\u53e3\u5176\u4ed6\u65e0\u8f9c\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/p>\n
