The Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks (\u201cWRC\u201d) enters into force on 14 April 2015.<\/p>\n

If the vessel is flagged in a State Party or calling at a port or offshore facility in a State Party it is a requirement to obtain a certificate from a WRC State Party attesting that insurance or other financial security is in force in accordance with the Convention.<\/p>\n

The WRC provides that certificates must be obtained from the State in which a ship is flagged, providing that State is party to the Convention. Ships flagged in countries that are not parties will need to obtain a certificate from a relevant authority in a State Party. There is a full list of signatory states at the end of this circular.<\/p>\n

The following WRC States\u2019 maritime authorities have on the date of publication of this circular agreed to issue certificates to ships flagged in countries that are not party to the Convention, subject to any conditions the relevant authority may apply.<\/p>\n

United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Marshall Islands, Liberia, Palau, Cook Islands, Malta<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u60ac\u6302\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u8239\u65d7\u6216\u6302\u9760\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u6e2f\u53e3\u6216\u6d77\u4e0a\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u53d6\u5f97\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u8bc1\u4e66\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u4fdd\u9669\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8d22\u52a1\u62c5\u4fdd\u662f\u6709\u6548\u7684\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u7ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u516c\u7ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8239\u8236\u7684\u8239\u65d7\u56fd\u662f\u516c\u7ea6\u7684\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u83b7\u5f97\u8be5\u56fd\u7684\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002\u8239\u65d7\u56fd\u4e3a\u975e\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\uff0c\u5219\u9700\u4ece\u67d0\u4e00\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u673a\u6784\u83b7\u5f97\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002\u672c\u901a\u51fd\u6700\u540e\u9644\u6709\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u5217\u8868\u3002<\/p>\n

\u622a\u6b62\u672c\u901a\u51fd\u53d1\u5e03\u4e4b\u65e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u6d77\u4e8b\u673a\u6784\u540c\u610f\u6839\u636e\u76f8\u5173\u5f53\u5c40\u9002\u7528\u6cd5\u89c4\u5411\u975e\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u8239\u65d7\u7684\u8239\u8236\u7b7e\u53d1\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002<\/p>\n
