This circular highlights the importance and potential difficulties associated with downloading and reviewing VDR data post-incident. It also aims to provide some suggestions for improvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">Three quarters of VDR recordings reviewed found flaw in some way.
