It stipulates that all foreign vessels are obliged to take pilot at mile 27.7 of the Orinoco River. As a result of several groundings however, the Orinoco River Pilot Association and the Local Harbour Master have decided to extend their services to Orinoco sea buoy (mile 0.1) for all vessels over 150m LOA, at Masters\/Owners\u2019 request. For vessel\u2019s over 200m the pilotage services have been mandatory. This has been the customary practise for a number of years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Pilotage Services, Orinoco River &#8211; Venezuela.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u5965\u91cc\u8bfa\u79d1\u6cb3\u5f15\u822a\u670d\u52a1 &#8211; \u59d4\u5185\u745e\u62c9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u534f\u4f1a\u83b7\u6089\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\u6709\u4e9b\u53d8\u66f4\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u5965\u91cc\u8bfa\u79d1\u6cb3\u7684\u5f15\u822a\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u5965\u91cc\u8bfa\u79d1\u6cb3\u7684\u5f15\u822a\u670d\u52a1\u75311992\u5e741\u67088\u65e5\u7b2c2033\u53f7\u603b\u7edf\u4ee4\u89c4\u7ba1\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5916\u7c4d\u8239\u8236\u5e94\u5965\u91cc\u8bfa\u79d1\u6cb327.7\u6d77\u91cc\u5904(\u5f15\u822a\u7ad9\u4f4d\u7f6e)\u63a5\u53d7\u5f15\u822a\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u53d1\u751f\u591a\u8d77\u8239\u8236\u6401\u6d45\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u5f15\u822a\u5458\u534f\u4f1a\u548c\u6e2f\u52a1\u5c40\u51b3\u5b9a\uff1a\u5e94\u8239\u957f\/\u8239\u4e1c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u957f\u5ea6\u8d85\u8fc7150\u7c73\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u5f15\u822a\u670d\u52a1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u6d77\u6e2f\u53e3\u6d6e\u7b52(0.1\u6d77\u91cc\u5904)\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8239\u957f\u8d85\u8fc7200\u7c73\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff0c\u524d\u8ff0\u5ef6\u5c55\u533a\u57df\u5fc5\u987b\u5f3a\u5236\u63a5\u53d7\u5f15\u822a\u3002\u8be5\u505a\u6cd5\u5df2\u6301\u7eed\u591a\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The Association has been advised of some changes affecting the pilotage services in Orinoco River.
