\u5f53\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u5165\u5bc6\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5bc6\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e8b\u4ef6\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u5373\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u8239\u5458\u8fdb\u5165\u5bc6\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u540e\u5012\u4e0b\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u8239\u5458\u4ed3\u4fc3\u5730\u8bd5\u56fe\u6551\u63f4\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5e78\u76f8\u7ee7\u5012\u4e0b\u3002\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u8239\u7ea7\u793e\u7684\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b(\u8d85\u8fc750%\u7684\u60c5\u51b5)\uff0c\u672a\u7ecf\u7b79\u5212\u7684\u6551\u63f4\uff0c\u56e0\u81f4\u547d\u6c14\u4f53\u800c\u4ee5\u60b2\u5267\u544a\u7ec8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u5e94\u5bf9\u6b64\u7c7b\u610f\u5916\uff0c\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e0a\u4eba\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u516c\u7ea6\u300b(SOLAS)\u7b2c\u4e09\u7ae019\u6761\u4f5c\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e2015\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002\u4fee\u8ba2\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u5165\u5bc6\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e24\u4e2a\u6708\u53c2\u52a0\u4e00\u6b21\u5bc6\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u5165\u548c\u6551\u63f4\u6f14\u4e60\u3002<\/p>\n

Entry into Enclosed Spaces<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There should be appropriate precautions when entry to that space is required.<\/p>\n

Related fatalities incident occurred within enclosed space is very similar – one person enters an enclosed space and collapse, the concerned colleagues then rush in attempting to rescue their colleague but collapse too. In accordance to IACS, the unplanned rescue will most likely end in tragedy (over 50%) due to the lethal atmosphere.<\/p>\n

To address this kind of incident, there are amendments to SOLAS Regulation III\/ Regulation 19 effective from 1 January 2015. All persons involved in enclosed space entries will be required to take part in enclosed space entry and rescue drills at intervals once every two months.<\/p>\n
