Normally, the B\/L quantity is ascertained by the draft surveys that arranged by shipper. If shipper\u2019s surveyors tend to over-protect shipper\u2019s interests by taking the advantages of their local resources, the B\/L quantity may not reflect the actual loaded quantity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">Shipper and owners\u2019 surveyor may have disputes over seawater density, the readings of draft survey and the soundings of ballast water during draft survey.
