We would like to remind our clients that the Air Pollution Control (Ocean Going Vessels) (Fuel at Berth) Regulation (the \u201cRegulation\u201d) is coming into force on 1st July 2015. All ocean going vessels (OGV), berthing at Hong Kong shall use compliant fuel during the prohibition period.<\/p>\n

Compliant fuel is defined as: 
a)Low sulphur marine fuel (with sulphur content not exceeding 0.5% by weight); 
b)Liquefied natural gas; or 
c)Any fuel that the Authority may approve as effectively reducing the emissions of sulphur dioxide to a level at least as low as the low sulphur marine fuel.<\/p>\n

a) \u4f4e\u786b\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6cb9(\u4ee5\u91cd\u91cf\u8ba1\uff0c\u542b\u786b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc70.5%)\uff1b
b) \u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c14\uff1b\u6216
c) \u5f53\u5c40\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f4e\u786b\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6cb9\u4e00\u822c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u7684\u6392\u653e\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u71c3\u6cb9\u3002<\/p>\n
