On 14 July 2015, the P5 + 1 and Iran reached a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action<\/a> (JCPOA) to ensure that Iran\u2019s nuclear program will be exclusively peaceful. The JCPOA will provide Iran with phased sanctions relief upon verification, by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), that it has implemented key nuclear commitments.<\/p>\n

Sanctions relief will begin on \u201cImplementation Day\u201d once the IAEA verifies that Iran has implemented key nuclear-related measures described in the JCPOA. Detailed guidance related to the JCPOA will be published prior to Implementation Day.<\/p>\n

The P5+1 and Iran also decided on 14 July 2015 to further extend through Implementation Day the sanctions relief provided for in the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA) of 24 November 2013, as extended. This JPOA sanctions relief is the only Iran-related sanctions relief in effect until further notice and Members are reminded of their obligations to adhere strictly to all applicable sanctions legislation.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Department of the Treasury\u2019s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a statement relating to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran\u2019s Nuclear Program which may be read here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2015\u5e747\u670814\u65e5\uff0c\u4f0a\u6838\u516d\u56fd\u4e0e\u4f0a\u6717\u5c31\u8054\u5408\u5168\u9762\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>(JCPOA)\u8fbe\u6210\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4f0a\u6838\u8ba1\u5212\u4ec5\u4f5c\u548c\u5e73\u7528\u9014\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8054\u5408\u5168\u9762\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212(JCPOA)\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7ecf\u56fd\u9645\u539f\u5b50\u80fd\u673a\u6784\u6838\u9a8c\u4f0a\u6717\u5df2\u5c65\u884c\u5173\u952e\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u5c06\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u653e\u5bbd\u4f0a\u6717\u5236\u88c1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u65e6\u56fd\u9645\u539f\u5b50\u80fd\u673a\u6784\u6838\u9a8c\u4f0a\u6717\u5df2\u7ecf\u5c65\u884cJCPOA\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6027\u6838\u76f8\u5173\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e\u201c\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u65e5\u201d\u653e\u5bbd\u5236\u88c1\u3002\u6709\u5173JCPOA\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u4f1a\u5728\u201c\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u65e5\u201d\u4e4b\u524d\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n

2015\u5e747\u670814\u65e5\uff0c\u4f0a\u6838\u516d\u56fd\u4e0e\u4f0a\u6717\u540c\u65f6\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5ef6\u957f2013\u5e7411\u670824\u65e5\u8fbe\u6210\u7684\u8054\u5408\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212(JPOA)\u4e2d\u653e\u5bbd\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u81f3\u201c\u5f00\u59cb\u6267\u884c\u65e5\u201d\u3002\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u901a\u77e5\u524d\uff0c\u8be5JPOA\u4e2d\u653e\u5bbd\u7684\u5236\u88c1\uff0c\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u4e0e\u4f0a\u6717\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6709\u6548\u7684\u653e\u5bbd\u5236\u88c1\u3002\u8bf7\u4f1a\u5458\u4e25\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7f8e\u56fd\u5916\u56fd\u8d44\u4ea7\u63a7\u5236\u529e\u516c\u5ba4(OFAC)\u5c31\u8be5\u9488\u5bf9\u4f0a\u6838\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u8054\u5408\u5168\u9762\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u53d1\u5e03\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u8bf7\u70b9\u51fb\u8fd9\u91cc<\/a>\u9605\u8bfb\u3002<\/p>\n
