text-align: justify;\">On 8 October 2015 a reduction in the \u201cHigh Risk Area\u201d (HRA) for piracy in the Indian Ocean was announced by the group of shipping organisations supporting the Best Management Practices for Protection against Somalia Based Piracy (BMP4).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px;
