SOF is usually drafted by the ship\u2019s agent records all periods for loading, discharging, shifting, bad weather, other excepted periods and tendering of Notice of Readiness etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Even though Statement of Fact can be rebutted by other evidence, it is a law pursuant to the case of <em>High Seas Venture Limited Partnership v Sinom (HK) Ltd (\u2018New Forest\u2019) [2008] 1 Lloyd\u2019s Rep 504<\/em> that \u2018evidential value\u2019 of SOF is \u2018unquestionably strong\u2019.
