Two shipments were to be spread in 2011 and the remaining four in 2012. The COA contained an English law and jurisdiction clause.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">The defendant made the first two nominations, by February 2012. The defendant had difficulties in nominating the last four shipments even when the Owners had given them extension.
