Kriti Filoxenia Shipping Co SA [2015] EWHC 997 (Comm) (MT Kriti Filoxenia) \u6848\uff0c\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u4ece\u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u5bf9\u822a\u6b21\u79df\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\u8fdb\u884c\u5546\u4e1a\u89e3\u91ca\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u6848\u6240\u6d89\u79df\u7ea6\u91c7\u7528Beepeevoy3\u683c\u5f0f\uff0c\u79df\u7ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">17&#8230;If it appears to Charterers that the Vessel will be delayed beyond the Cancelling Date Charterers may require Owners to notify Charterers of the date on which they expect the Vessel to be ready to load whereupon Charterers shall have the option to cancel this Charter&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>Cancellation Clause and Commercial Interpretation of Clauses in Charterparty<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a very recent case of St Shipping &amp; Transport Inc v.
