This Circular is to inform Members of the approval by the IG Clubs of the E-title solution. Until February 2010 the Rules of all of the IG Clubs specifically excluded liabilities in respect of the carriage of cargo under all electronic, i.e. paperless, trading systems to the extent that the liabilities under such systems would not have arisen under a \u2018normal\u2019 paper system i.e. one using transferable paper documentation.<\/p>\n

From 20 February 2010, liabilities arising from the carriage of cargo under such systems were covered, provided that the system had first been approved by the Club. The first two systems approved by the Club were those administered by Electronic Shipping Solutions and by Bolero International Ltd. Both those two systems continue to be approved. In addition, the E-title solution can now be added to the list of approved electronic i.e. paperless systems.<\/p>\n

E-title solution \u52a0\u5165\u7535\u5b50(\u65e0\u7eb8\u5316)\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u672c\u901a\u51fd\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u77e5\u5404\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5df2\u6279\u51c6\u4f7f\u7528\u540d\u4e3aE-title Solution\u7684\u65e0\u7eb8\u5316\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf\u30022010\u5e742\u6708\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u660e\u786e\u6392\u9664\uff0c\u8bf8\u5982\u65e0\u7eb8\u5316\u7535\u5b50\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf\u7b49\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7535\u5b50\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0b\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d23\u4efb\u5728\u201c\u901a\u5e38\u201d\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u6587\u4ef6\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0b\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u81ea2010\u5e742\u670820\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u5728\u4e8b\u5148\u5f97\u5230\u534f\u4f1a\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u7535\u5b50(\u65e0\u7eb8\u5316)\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0b\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d23\u4efb\u5305\u542b\u5728\u534f\u4f1a\u627f\u4fdd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u524d\u7ecf\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edfElectronic Shipping Solutions (ESS)\u548cBolero International Ltd (Bolero) \u7ee7\u7eed\u51c6\u4e88\u4f7f\u7528\u5916\uff0cE-title solution\u4ea6\u901a\u8fc7\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5ba1\u6838\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u7535\u5b50(\u65e0\u7eb8\u5316)\u4ea4\u6613\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e4b\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n
