The two primary concerns with coal cargoes are that they may self-heat and that they may emit methane (a flammable gas). The IMSBC Code provides that the shippers\u2019 cargo declaration shall specify whether the cargo may be liable to emit methane or self-heat. Members may wish to inform their Masters that other ships have recently experienced problems with this cargo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Shipments of Coal &#8211; Indonesia.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u7164\u70ad\u8fd0\u8f93 &#8211; \u5370\u5c3c<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u534f\u4f1a\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u5904\u7406\u591a\u8d77\u6d89\u53ca\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u7164\u70ad\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u6848\u5b50\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u534f\u4f1a\u63d0\u9192\u4f1a\u5458\u6ce8\u610f\u7164\u70ad\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u7164\u70ad\u8fd0\u8f93\u4e3b\u8981\u5b58\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u81ea\u70ed\u548c\u4ea7\u751f\u7532\u70f7(\u53ef\u71c3\u6c14\u4f53)\u3002\u6839\u636eIMSBC\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6258\u8fd0\u4eba\u5728\u529e\u7406\u6258\u8fd0\u65f6\uff0c\u987b\u5728\u8d27\u7269\u58f0\u660e\u4e2d\u6ce8\u660e\u8d27\u7269\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u7532\u70f7\u6216\u53d1\u751f\u81ea\u70ed\u3002\u4f1a\u5458\u4e0d\u59a8\u544a\u77e5\u8239\u957f\uff0c\u8fd1\u65e5\u5176\u4ed6\u8239\u8236\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u7164\u70ad\u8d27\u7269\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;How to monitor coal cargoes from Indonesia The Association is currently dealing with a couple of cases that involve shipments of coal from Indonesia.
