text-align: justify;\">A new regulation on ship emission control areas of the Pearl river delta, the Yangtze river delta and Bohai sea waters was issued by the Ministry of Transport of P.R.China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">The new rules provide that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000000; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 January 2016, the ports in the control areas may make their own rules and require ships that berth at these ports to use bunker with sulphur no more than 0.5%mm.<\/li>\n<li>1 January 2017, all ships berthing in the main ports of the control areas ( except the first and the last hour of the berthing period) shall use bunkers with sulphur contents no more than 0.5%mm.<\/li>\n<li>1 January 2018, all ships berthing in the ports of the control areas shall use bunkers with sulphur contents no more than 0.5%mm.<\/li>\n<li>1 January 2019, all ships entering into the control areas shall use bunkers with sulphur contents no more than 0.5%mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">Before and by 31st December 2019, pending the outcome of further assessment, it is to be decided whether more strict rules will be applied, including, using bunkers with sulphur contents no more than 0.1%mm, and expand the control area, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u90e8\u65e5\u524d\u5370\u53d1\u300a\u73e0\u4e09\u89d2\u3001\u957f\u4e09\u89d2\u3001\u73af\u6e24\u6d77(\u4eac\u6d25\u5180)\u6c34\u57df\u8239\u8236\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u300a\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000000; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u81ea2016\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5185\u6709\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u65bd\u9ad8\u4e8e\u73b0\u884c\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8239\u8236\u9760\u5cb8\u505c\u6cca\u671f\u95f4\u4f7f\u7528\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u9ad8\u4e8e0.5%\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u81ea2017\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5728\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5185\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6e2f\u53e3\u533a\u57df\u9760\u5cb8\u505c\u6cca\u671f\u95f4(\u9760\u6e2f\u540e\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u65f6\u548c\u79bb\u6e2f\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u65f6\u9664\u5916)\uff0c\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u9ad8\u4e8e0.5%\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u81ea2018\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u6c42\u6269\u5927\u81f3\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5185\u6240\u6709\u6e2f\u53e3\u5185\u9760\u5cb8\u505c\u6cca\u7684\u8239\u8236\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u81ea2019\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u6269\u5927\u81f3\u8fdb\u5165\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">2019\u5e7412\u670831\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u56fd\u5c06\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30\u5b9e\u65bd\u6548\u679c\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u786e\u5b9a\u66f4\u4e3a\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8239\u8236\u8fdb\u5165\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u4f7f\u7528\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u9ad8\u4e8e0.1%\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u3001\u6269\u5927\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5730\u7406\u8303\u56f4\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px;
