\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u7684 PT Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari v Nine AM Ltd (\u201cNine AM Case\u201d) (August 2015) \u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u5370\u5c3c\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u652f\u6301\u96c5\u52a0\u8fbe\u897f\u90e8\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u6709\u5173\u5f53\u4e8b\u53cc\u65b9\u8d37\u6b3e\u534f\u8bae\u65e0\u6548\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u3002\u7406\u7531\u662f\uff0c\u8be5\u5408\u540c\u6ca1\u6709\u5370\u5c3c\u8bed\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u5370\u5c3c\u653f\u5e9c\u4e8e2009\u5e747\u6708\u9881\u5e03\u768424\u53f7\u6cd5\u6848(\u5370\u5c3c\u8bed\u8a00\u6cd5)\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n

Trading with Indonesian Entities – Be Careful – A New Law<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the recent case of PT Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari v Nine AM Ltd (\u201cNine AM Case\u201d) (August 2015), the Indonesian Supreme Court upheld the ruling of the West Jakarta High Court in which a loan agreement between the parties was nullified and voided. This was on the basis that the contract did not have an Indonesian version of the contract and therefore was not as per the requirements of the Law 24 of 2009 (\u2018Indonesian Language Law\u2019).<\/p>\n

Art 31 (1) of the Indonesian Language Law provides that:
\u201cthe Indonesian language will be used in MOU\u2019s and agreements involving state institutions, government agencies of Indonesia, private Institutions and individual Indonesian citizens\u201d.<\/p>\n
