text-align: justify;\">2 March 2016, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution that imposes new sanctions and tightens some of its existing measures against the Democratic People&#8217;s Republic of Korea (DPRK), due to the country&#8217;s ongoing nuclear and ballistic missile-related activities that \u201cthreaten international peace and security.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u201cToday\u2019s unanimous action by the Security Council has sent a clear message that the DPRK must return to full compliance with its international obligations,\u201d said Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in a statement issued by his spokesperson, in which the UN chief urged the East Asian country to abide by the resolution and called upon all UN Member States to ensure its implementation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis firm response by the Security Council should put an end to the cycle of provocation and lead to the resumption of dialogue in accordance with the unified view of the international community,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">The Council decided that<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #000000; line-height: normal;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">all States should inspect cargo within or transiting through their territory &#8211; including airports, sea ports and free trade zones &#8211; that was destined for or originating from the Democratic People\u2019s Republic of Korea.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">member States should prohibit that country\u2019s nationals and those in their own territories from leasing or chartering their flagged vessels and aircraft to it, or providing it with crew services.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">the DPRK shall not supply, sell or transfer, directly or indirectly, from its territory or by its nationals or using its flag vessels or aircraft, coal, iron, and iron ore, gold, titanium ore, vanadium ore, and rare earth minerals ,and that all States shall prohibit the procurement of such material from the DPRK by their nationals, or using their flag vessels or aircraft, and whether or not originating in the territory of the DPRK; text-align: justify;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u671d\u9c9c\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u6838\u53ca\u5f39\u9053\u5bfc\u5f39\u76f8\u5173\u6d3b\u52a8\u201c\u5a01\u80c1\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u5e73\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u201d\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5b89\u7406\u4f1a\u51b3\u5b9a\u5bf9\u671d\u9c9c\u6267\u884c\u65b0\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u5e76\u52a0\u5927\u73b0\u6709\u5236\u88c1\u529b\u5ea6\u3002\u5317\u4eac\u65f6\u95f42016\u5e743\u67083\u65e5\uff0c\u5b89\u7406\u4f1a\u4e00\u81f4\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u7684\u5236\u88c1\u671d\u9c9c\u51b3\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5b89\u7406\u4f1a\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u6f58\u57fa\u6587\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5b89\u7406\u4f1a\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u884c\u52a8\u4f20\u8fbe\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u660e\u786e\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f\u671d\u9c9c\u5fc5\u987b\u56de\u5f52\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u9075\u5b88\u5176\u56fd\u9645\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u4ed6\u6566\u4fc3\u671d\u9c9c\u9075\u5b88\u8fd9\u4e00\u51b3\u8bae\uff0c\u5e76\u547c\u5401\u6240\u6709\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\u786e\u4fdd\u51b3\u8bae\u5f97\u5230\u843d\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px; text-align: justify;\">\u6f58\u57fa\u6587\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5b89\u7406\u4f1a\u8fd9\u4e00\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u5e94\u5f53\u80fd\u591f\u5236\u6b62\u8fd9\u79cd\u6311\u8845\u7684\u5faa\u73af\uff0c\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u6839\u636e\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u91cd\u65b0\u5f00\u59cb\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 11.818181991577148px;
