Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. This Circular is intended to assist Members when deciding whether to trade to\/from Iran by explaining what P&I cover is available as well as identifying any possible shortfalls in cover. Some of the matters detailed below may also apply when Members\u2019 ships trade to\/from other countries which are subject to US sanctions.<\/li>\n
  2. In recent years sanctions have been imposed on Iran, primarily by the UN, US and the EU, including in broad terms prohibitions on:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    a) US persons, including US financial institutions, from doing business in or relating to Iran;
    b) dealings with designated entities and individuals; and
    c) Iranian related trade, prohibiting the purchase\/sale and\/or transport of certain Iranian cargoes (primarily crude oil, petroleum or petrochemical products or gas) or the provision of insurance (including P&I insurance) in respect of the carriage of those cargoes.<\/p>\n

    1. \u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u9610\u660e\u4fdd\u8d54\u9669\u80fd\u591f\u4fdd\u969c\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u80fd\u4fdd\u969c\u7684\u843d\u7a7a\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f1a\u5458\u51b3\u5b9a\u8239\u8236\u662f\u5426\u8981\u5f80\u6765\u4f0a\u6717\u63d0\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\u3002\u901a\u51fd\u4e2d\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5177\u4f53\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u9002\u7528\u5f80\u6765\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u53d7\u7f8e\u56fd\u5236\u88c1\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/li>\n
    2. \u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5bf9\u4f0a\u5236\u88c1\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u81ea\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u6b27\u76df\uff0c\u5927\u4f53\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7981\u4ee4\uff1a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      a) \u7981\u6b62\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u3001\u5305\u62ec\u7f8e\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u4ece\u4e8b\u5728\u4f0a\u6717\u6216\u4e0e\u4f0a\u6717\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002
      b) \u7981\u6b62\u4e0e\u6307\u5b9a\u5b9e\u4f53\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ea4\u6613\uff1b\u5e76
      c) \u7981\u6b62\u4f0a\u6717\u76f8\u5173\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u8d2d\u4e70\/\u9500\u552e\u548c\/\u6216\u8fd0\u8f93\u7279\u5b9a\u4f0a\u6717\u8d27\u7269(\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u539f\u6cb9\u3001\u77f3\u6cb9\u6216\u77f3\u5316\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u5929\u7136\u6c14) \u6216\u4e3a\u8fd0\u8f93\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8d27\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u9669(\u5305\u62ec\u4fdd\u8d54\u9669)\u3002<\/p>\n
