\u963f\u6839\u5ef7\u56fd\u5bb6\u519c\u4e1a\u98df\u54c1\u536b\u751f\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u5c40(SENASA)(\u963f\u6839\u5ef7\u536b\u751f\u5f53\u5c40)<\/strong>
\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\uff0c\u963f\u6839\u5ef7\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u5f3a\u5236\u5916\u56fd\u8239\u8236\u5728\u9760\u6e2f\u65f6\u987b\u5904\u7406\u8239\u4e0a\u5783\u573e\u3002\u4f46\u6839\u636eSENASA\u4e3a\u5b9e\u65bd\u201c\u5168\u56fd\u5783\u573e\u5904\u7406\u8ba1\u5212\u201d\u9881\u5e03\u7684\u7b2c714\/2010\u53f7\u51b3\u8bae\uff0cSENASA\u6709\u6743\u5bf9\u8239\u8236\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u67e5\u5e76\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u8236\u5904\u7406\u8239\u4e0a\u5783\u573e\u3002\u82e5SENASA\u8981\u6c42\u8239\u8236\u6e05\u7406\u5783\u573e\uff0c\u5219\u5176\u8981\u6c42\u5177\u6709\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5fc5\u987b\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

Garbage Disposal – Argentina<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In recent months we have seen an increase in the activity of the Argentinean Authorities regarding the disposal of garbage on board vessels, which has triggered a number of queries from our Members.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this respect we would like to draw attention to the following points which have to be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n

SENASA (National Health Authority)<\/strong>
As a matter of principle, in Argentina, it is not mandatory for foreign vessels to discharge the garbage on board when calling at ports. Nevertheless, according to Resolution 714\/2010 for the \u201cNational Plan for garbage\u201d, enacted by SENASA, the latter has the right to inspect the vessels and to decide, at its own discretion, whether the garbage on board should be discharged or not. If they consider that it should be discharged, their order to do so is mandatory and has to be complied with accordingly.<\/p>\n
