This Circular is sent to clarify a few items in the Circular that was sent last week. This clarifications to our previous Circular is only meant for Charterers\/Operators (and not the Owners of the vessels).<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to further promote the application and incorporation of the 2011 Agreement into all NYPE\/Asbatime charterparties, the International Group has drafted a charterparty clause and published a circular which we circulated to you last week Draft Charterparty Clause Promoting The Use of The Inter-club New York Produce Exchange Agreement 1996 (As Amended September 2011).<\/p>\n

In our view, this clause is very good for the Owners. However, this clause is not favorable to the Time Charterers\/Operators of the vessel.<\/p>\n

\u8d27\u7269\u7d22\u8d54\u6761\u6b3e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u5bf9\u4e0a\u5468\u53d1\u5e03\u901a\u51fd\u4e2d\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5185\u5bb9\u505a\u6f84\u6e05\uff0c\u4e14\u4ec5\u9488\u5bf9\u79df\u5bb6\/\u8239\u8236\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba(\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u8239\u4e1c)\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e0a\u5468\u6211\u53f8\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u5219\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2\u8d77\u8349\u79df\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u300a\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5185\u90e8\u571f\u4ea7\u683c\u5f0f\u534f\u8bae1996\u300b(2011\u5e749\u6708\u4fee\u8ba2)\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u201d\u7684\u901a\u51fd\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2\u4e3a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4fc3\u8fdb2011\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u9002\u7528\u53ca\u5c06\u5176\u5e76\u5165\u5230\u6240\u6709NYPE\/Asbatime\u79df\u7ea6\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d77\u8349\u4e86\u63a8\u8350\u79df\u7ea6\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u8239\u4e1c\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u671f\u79df\u79df\u5bb6\u53ca\u8239\u8236\u7ecf\u8425\u4eba\u4e0d\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n
