Metropole have released a circular on the subject in response to an increase in the number of cases where the Turkish Custom Authority has imposed a fine, particularly in relation to cargo shortages at Turkish ports.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applicable rules with regard to cargo discrepancies in Turkey can be summarised as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. When performing import formalities, agents apply to the Customs with a declaration form advising the nature, type and quantity of the cargo.<\/li>\n
  2. While dealing with cargo shortage\/over-landing cases, the authorities always take into consideration the percentage of discrepancy between the cargo declaration figures and the cargo outturn figures determined as per the custom\u2019s weighbridge\/shore figures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. \u529e\u7406\u8fdb\u53e3\u624b\u7eed\u65f6\uff0c\u4ee3\u7406\u5e94\u5411\u6d77\u5173\u63d0\u4ea4\u62a5\u5173\u5355\uff0c\u5217\u660e\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u3001\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u6570\u91cf\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n
    2. \u5904\u7406\u8d27\u5dee\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\uff0c\u6d77\u5173\u901a\u5e38\u5bf9\u62a5\u5173\u6570\u91cf\u548c\u6d77\u5173\u5730\u78c5\u79f0\u5f97\u7684\u5378\u8d27\u6570\u91cf\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8d27\u5dee\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
