color: #022469;\"><strong>Panama Canal Draft Restrictions &#8211; Update<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The amount of rainfall that the Canal watershed has received during the past week has made it possible to suspend the second draft restriction that was announced in Advisory Shipping A-14-2016 and has been in effect since April 29 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, the maximum authorised transit draft for vessels transiting the Panamax locks will be increased to 11.89m (39.0 feet) Tropical Fresh Water (TFW) effective immediately and until further notice.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: Panama Canal Draft Restrictions &#8211;
