text-align: justify;\">Following four years of consultation and an extensive review by a CMI International Working Group (\u201cIWG\u201d), the YAR 2016 were adopted by the CMI Assembly at its conference in New York in early May.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; \u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u300a2016\u5e74\u7ea6\u514b-\u5b89\u7279\u536b\u666e\u89c4\u5219\u300b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5386\u7ecf4\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u78cb\u5546\uff0c\u5e76\u7ecf\u8fc7\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u56fd\u9645\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5ba1\u67e5\u540e\uff0c\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\u521d\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5927\u4f1a\u4e0a\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86\u300a2016\u5e74\u7ea6\u514b-\u5b89\u7279\u536b\u666e\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u300a2016\u5e74\u7ea6\u514b-\u5b89\u7279\u536b\u666e\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u7684\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u7ed3\u675f\u4e86\u81ea2004\u7248\u89c4\u5219\u901a\u8fc7\u540e\u768412\u5e74\u95f4\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u6d77\u4e8b\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u30022004\u7248\u89c4\u5219\u4e0d\u5229\u4e8e\u8239\u4e1c\uff0c\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e\u5b8c\u5584\u4e14\u6613\u7406\u89e3\u76841994\u7248\u89c4\u5219\u5f88\u5c11\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px;
