From 1 October 2016, ships calling at Shenzhen Port in the Pearl River Delta ECA must use fuel with a sulphur content not exceeding 0.50 per cent whilst berthed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">In September 2015, China&#8217;s Ministry of Transport released its Ship and Port Pollution Prevention Special Action Plan (2015-2020), a five-year programme that aims to reduce sulphur and nitrogen oxide emissions by up to 65 per cent in some of China\u2019s major ports. The subsequent publication of a Chinese regulation designating the Pearl River and Yangtze River Deltas, and Bohai-rim Waters as domestic \u201cemission control areas\u201d (ECAs) places a cap on the sulphur content of fuel oil in the ECAs at 0.50 per cent and is considered an important step to achieve these pollution prevention goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Chinese ECAs &#8211; Sulphur Requirements for Marine Fuels.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u8239\u8236\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a &#8211; \u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6cb9\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e09\u4e2a\u56fd\u5185\u8239\u8236\u5927\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u81ea2016\u5e7410\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5728\u73e0\u4e09\u89d2\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u6df1\u5733\u6e2f\u9760\u5cb8\u505c\u6cca\uff0c\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc70.5%\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">2015\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u5370\u53d1\u4e86\u300a\u8239\u8236\u4e0e\u6e2f\u53e3\u6c61\u67d3\u9632\u6cbb\u4e13\u9879\u884c\u52a8\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b9\u6848\uff082015-2020\u5e74\uff09\u300b\u76845\u5e74\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4f7f\u4e2d\u56fd\u67d0\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u6e2f\u53e3\u786b\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u3001\u6c2e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\u4e0b\u964d65%\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e2d\u8bbe\u7acb\u73e0\u4e09\u89d2\u3001\u957f\u4e09\u89d2\u3001\u73af\u6e24\u6d77\u6c34\u57df\u56fd\u5185\u201c\u8239\u8236\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u201d\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\u5728\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u533a\u5185\u71c3\u6cb9\u786b\u542b\u91cf\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc70.5%\uff0c\u8be5\u89c4\u5b9a\u662f\u5b9e\u73b0\u9632\u6cbb\u6c61\u67d3\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; China further strengthens the requirements covering emissions of air pollutants from ships operating within its three domestic emission control areas (ECAs).
