Grand China Logistics Holding (Group) Co. Ltd. that came in the first week of October from Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal in this case dismissed the appeal made by Grand China Logistics Holding (Group) Co. Ltd (\u2018Charterers\u2019), from the decision of Poppelwell J of Commercial Court (Court of First Instance).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this case, the time charters were three long-term NYPE 1993 charters.
