In an effort to ensure fair and accurate measurements in the delivery of bunker fuels, enhance productivity and mitigate possible corrupt practices, the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) will be requiring the use of approved mass flow metering (MFM) systems for all marine fuel oil deliveries in the Port of Singapore from 1 January 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Singapore &#8211; New Bunkering Procedures.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761 &#8211; \u52a0\u6cb9\u65b0\u89c4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u81ea2017\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u52a0\u8f7d\u7684\u8239\u7528\u71c3\u6cb9\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u6cb9\u8239\u4e0a\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1(MFM)\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bb0\u8f7d\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e3a\u4f9d\u636e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u53d1\u751f\u6cb9\u91cf\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u662f\u5168\u7403\u52a0\u6cb9\u5927\u6e2f\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c2015\u71c3\u6cb9\u9500\u91cf\u8fbe\u52304520\u4e07\u5428\u3002\u4e3a\u786e\u4fdd\u71c3\u6cb9\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u53ca\u7cbe\u786e\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u8150\u8d25\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u81ea2017\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6d77\u4e8b\u53ca\u6e2f\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40(MPA)\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6e2f\u53e3\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u52a0\u8f7d\uff0c\u5747\u9700\u4f7f\u7528\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u7684MFM\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Ships taking deliveries of marine fuel oil in Singapore can from 1 January 2017 rely on quantity figures recorded by the bunker barge\u2019s mass flow metering system, reducing the possibility of quantity disputes.
