2017\u5e743\u67089\u65e5\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u822a\u8fd0\u516c\u4f1a(ICS)\u53d1\u5e03\u6709\u5173\u4e09\u63cf\u793c\u58eb\u7701\u6536\u53d6 \u201c\u6d77\u5cb8\u548c\u73af\u5883\u76d1\u6d4b\u7cfb\u7edf\u201d\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u6700\u65b0\u8fdb\u5c55\u7684\u901a\u51fd\uff0c\u8bf7\u89c1\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

ICS\u901a\u51fd\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6b64\u4e8b\u6709\u5f85\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5404\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u5e94\u652f\u4ed8\u6536\u5230\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u53d1\u7968\u3002<\/p>\n

Members are referred to the previous Japan P&I News No.788<\/a> dated 8 December 2015.<\/p>\n

The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) has issued the attached circular dated 9 March 2017 on the latest developments concerning the collection by the Province of Zambales of the Provincial Coastwatch Environmental Monitoring System User Fee.<\/p>\n

The ICS\u2019s circular advises that companies should for the time being not pay in response to any invoices received as the matter will be investigated.<\/p>\n
