Gard has decided to maintain cover for the costs of pre-load steel surveys with one small change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Cover will not be available if, from time to time, Gard determines that the quality of the pre-shipped steel and stevedore operations do not justify the PLSS cost. An example where our data shows that quality and stevedore operations do not justify costs is Japan. Thus, no cost cover is the default position for pre-load surveys in Japan, unless otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">See attached file: Pre-load steel surveys &#8211; minor change to Gard policy for 2017-2018.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u94a2\u6750\u88c5\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c &#8211; Gard\u534f\u4f1a2017-2018\u5e74\u5ea6\u89c4\u5219\u7565\u6709\u53d8\u5316<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">2016\u4fdd\u9669\u5e74\u5ea6\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e3a\u80fd\u505a\u51fa\u6700\u4f73\u6210\u672c\u6536\u76ca\u51b3\u7b56\uff0cGard\u534f\u4f1a\u6536\u96c6\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u94a2\u6750\u88c5\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c(PLSS)\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002Gard\u51b3\u5b9a\u4fdd\u7559\u5bf9\u94a2\u6750\u88c5\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u8d54\u4ed8\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5185\u5bb9\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u5904\u5c0f\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u534f\u4f1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u88c5\u8d27\u524d\u94a2\u6750\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u88c5\u5378\u4f5c\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u8bc1\u660ePLSS\u8d39\u7528\u662f\u5408\u7406\u7684\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u5c06\u4e0d\u4e88\u8d54\u4ed8\u3002\u534f\u4f1a\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u88c5\u524d\u68c0\u9a8c\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u9ed8\u8ba4\u4e0d\u4e88\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u53e6\u6709\u7ea6\u5b9a\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u6848\u4ef6\u5177\u4f53\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; During the 2016 policy year, Gard gathered data to make a better cost benefit determination to support the cover for costs of pre-load steel surveys (PLSS).
