In light of recent attacks, the Combined Maritime Forces have announced that they will be increasing the naval presence in the western Gulf of Aden.<\/p>\n
Members with vessels operating within the High Risk Area (HRA) should register with the Maritime Security Centre \u2013 Horn of Africa (MSC-HOA). Vessels should also register with the UK\u2019s Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) when entering the Voluntary Reporting Area (VRA) and immediately upon witnessing any suspicious event.<\/p>\n
