However, issues related to bunker quantity remain prevalent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Subsequent to previous alerts issued by Gard on Singapore\u2019s adoption of mandatory bunker control and the new bunkering procedures, this article addresses some of the issues faced by our Members and clients when taking bunkers in Singapore following the implementation of the MFM requirements. The introduction of mandatory use of MFMs was intended to address frequent quantity disputes arising between the bunker barge and the receiving vessel, although these issues remain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">See attached file: Singapore:Use of mass flow meters.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff1a\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\u7684\u4f7f\u7528<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>\u81ea2017\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u5f3a\u5236\u6240\u6709\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4f7f\u7528\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1(MFM)\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u71c3\u6cb9\u6570\u91cf\u76f8\u5173\u95ee\u9898\u4ecd\u65e7\u9887\u591a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">\u7ee7\u534f\u4f1a\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u8b66\u793a\u901a\u51fd\u300a\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u91c7\u53d6\u5f3a\u5236\u52a0\u6cb9\u63a7\u5236\u300b\u3001\u300a\u65b0\u52a0\u6cb9\u89c4\u7a0b\u300b\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u5f3a\u8c03\u5b9e\u65bd\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\u8981\u6c42\u540e\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458\u53ca\u5ba2\u6237\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u52a0\u6cb9\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5f3a\u5236\u4f7f\u7528\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\u7684\u5f15\u5165\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u4e8e\u89e3\u51b3\u4f9b\u6cb9\u9a73\u8239\u548c\u63a5\u6536\u8239\u4e4b\u95f4\u9891\u7e41\u7684\u71c3\u6cb9\u6570\u91cf\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The use of mass flow meters (MFM) is mandatory for all fuel oil deliveries in Singapore as of 1 January 2017.
