As most of the bulk carriers discharge into lightering barges by STS, congestion is increasing at the Chittagong Outer Anchorage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">Last year, the average number of ships lying at anchor at any time was between 60 and 90. The increase in the number of ships in the anchorage open to SW Monsoon, where strong prevailing currents (between four and six knots) and poor holding ground have contributed to many accidents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">See attached file: Chittagong\uff1aOuter Anchorage STS operations.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u5409\u5927\u6e2f\uff1a\u6e2f\u5916\u951a\u5730\u5e76\u9760\u64cd\u4f5c<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u76ee\u524d\u505c\u9760\u5b5f\u52a0\u62c9\u5409\u5927\u6e2f\u7684\u8239\u8236\u6570\u91cf\u6709\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u589e\u957f\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684\u6563\u8d27\u8239\u901a\u8fc7\u5e76\u9760\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u51cf\u8f7d\u5230\u9a73\u8239\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5409\u5927\u6e2f\u6e2f\u5916\u951a\u5730\u8239\u8236\u7684\u62e5\u6324\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u5409\u5927\u6e2f\u6e2f\u5916\u951a\u5730\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u629b\u951a\u8239\u8236\u6570\u91cf\u572860\u523090\u8258\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u8239\u8236\u629b\u951a\u5728\u6613\u53d7\u897f\u5357\u5b63\u98ce\u7684\u951a\u5730\u91cc\uff0c\u90a3\u91cc\u76db\u884c\u76844-6\u8282\u6d41\u901f\u7684\u5f3a\u6d41\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u951a\u5730\u6293\u529b\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; There has been a considerable increase in the number of ships calling at the port of Chittagong in Bangladesh.
