That is provided for under Article 24 of the Chinese Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution Law (2005) (the Chinese Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Law (2005)). However, Article 25 also provides that, if the foreign solid waste can be used as raw materials, it may be imported to China in certain circumstances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">See attached file: China implements stricter control on the import of waste.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b9e\u65bd\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5e9f\u7269\u8fdb\u53e3\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7981\u6b62\u5148\u524d\u5141\u8bb8\u5165\u5883\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u79cd\u7c7b\u7684\u5e9f\u7269\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u6d3b\u6765\u6e90\u5e9f\u5851\u6599\u3001\u672a\u7ecf\u5206\u62e3\u7684\u5e9f\u7eb8\u4ee5\u53ca\u7eba\u7ec7\u5e9f\u6599\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">2005\u5e74\u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u56fa\u4f53\u5e9f\u7269\u6c61\u67d3\u73af\u5883\u9632\u6cbb\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c24\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u5883\u5916\u7684\u56fa\u4f53\u5e9f\u7269\u8fdb\u5883\u503e\u5012\u3001\u5806\u653e\u3001\u5904\u7f6e\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7b2c25\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ef\u8fdb\u53e3\u7528\u4f5c\u539f\u6599\u7684\u56fa\u4f53\u5e9f\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Certain types of waste which were previously permitted imported into China, are now banned, including plastic, unsorted waste paper and waste raw materials from the textile industry.
