Though the law is pretty clear for years, but we thought to provide some clarification and guidance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FDD division of ALCO, wish to highlight key points that can pre-empt disputes in usual Speed and Consumption claims:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The wordings of the Speed and Performance claims should be clear, concise and should not be ambiguous.<\/p>\n<p>See attached file: ALCO20180004 Speed and Consumption Warranty &#8211; A few Guidance.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6709\u5173\u822a\u901f\u548c\u71c3\u6cb9\u6d88\u8017\u4fdd\u8bc1\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6307\u5bfc\u610f\u89c1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u6211\u53f8\u6297\u8fa9\u9669\u90e8\u95e8(FDD division)\u53c2\u4e0e\u5904\u7406\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u6709\u5173\u822a\u901f\u548c\u71c3\u6cb9\u6d88\u8017\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5df2\u975e\u5e38\u660e\u786e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e9b\u6f84\u6e05\u548c\u6307\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u6211\u53f8\u6297\u8fa9\u9669\u90e8\u95e8(FDD division)\u5e0c\u671b\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u822a\u901f\u548c\u71c3\u6cb9\u6d88\u8017\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u4e8b\u524d\u9632\u8303\u8981\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u822a\u901f\u4e0e\u5c65\u884c\u80fd\u529b\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u63aa\u8f9e\u5e94\u6e05\u6670\u3001\u7b80\u6d01\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e94\u6a21\u68f1\u4e24\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Recently, FDD division has been involved in a few speed and consumption disputes.
