text-align: justify;\">Recently, the new measures of Tianjin port on Prevention and Control of Ship Pollution have been promulgated under Order No.1 of the People\u2019s Government of the Tianjin Municipality on 23 February 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">See attached file: New Measures for the Prevention and Control of Ship Pollution in Tianjin Port.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px;
