This mandatory \u2018clean hull\u2019 requirement applies to vessels entering NZ territorial waters and non-compliance can lead to expulsion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">The New Zealand government places high importance on the nation\u2019s biosecurity.
