Reference is made to circular 7\/2011<\/a> referring Members to the Inter-Club New York Produce Exchange Agreement 1996 (the \u201cICA\u201d), as amended in September 2011, that provides a mechanism whereby liability for cargo claims arising under the New York Produce Exchange Form (NYPE) or Asbatime charterparties and\/or contracts of carriage authorised under such charterparties can be swiftly and fairly apportioned between owners and charterers.<\/p>\n

In order to promote the application and incorporation of the 2011 Agreement into all NYPE\/Asbatime charterparties, circular 7\/2011<\/a> referred Members to a recommended charterparty clause drafted by the International Group of P&I Clubs.<\/p>\n

\u4f1a\u5458\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u7b2c7\/2011<\/a>\u53f7\u901a\u51fd\uff0c\u67e5\u770b\u300a\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5185\u90e8\u571f\u4ea7\u683c\u5f0f\u534f\u8bae1996\u300b\uff082011\u5e749\u6708\u4fee\u8ba2\uff09\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0ICA\uff09,\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u4e3aNYPE\u6216ASBATIME\u79df\u8239\u5408\u540c\u6216\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b64\u683c\u5f0f\u800c\u8ba2\u7acb\u7684\u8fd0\u8f93\u5408\u540c\u4e0b\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u7d22\u8d54\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u79cd\u4fbf\u6377\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u80fd\u8fc5\u901f\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u5728\u8239\u4e1c\u548c\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u5206\u914d\u8d23\u4efb\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u63a8\u5e7f\u5728NYPE\/ASBATIME\u683c\u5f0f\u79df\u8239\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5e76\u5165\u300a2011\u534f\u8bae\u300b\uff0c\u4f1a\u5458\u53ef\u53c2\u9605\u7b2c7\/2011<\/a>\u53f7\u901a\u51fd\uff0c\u67e5\u770b\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u96c6\u56e2\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u96c6\u56e2\uff09\u8d77\u8349\u7684\u79df\u8239\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u8303\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n
