The use of scrubbers has split the shipping industry. Ports around the world are looking at the impact of scrubber use in their waters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A number of ports and regions have already stated that they will not allow the discharge of washwater from scrubbers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: No Scrubs: More Ports Declare Ban on EGCS Discharges.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u5426\u5b9a\u8131\u786b\u6d17\u6da4\u5668\uff1a\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u5ba3\u5e03\u7981\u6b62\u6392\u653eEGCS\u5e9f\u6c34<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6e2f\u5df2\u52a0\u5165\u5c06\u7981\u6b62\u5728\u6e2f\u53e3\u6c34\u57df\u4f7f\u7528\u5f00\u73af\u5f0f\u8131\u786b\u6d17\u6da4\u5668\u7684\u884c\u5217\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5e9f\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf(EGCS) &#8211; \u901a\u5e38\u6307\u8131\u786b\u6d17\u6da4\u5668 &#8211; \u662f\u9075\u5b88IMO2020\u5168\u7403\u9650\u786b\u4ee4\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u5bf9\u5e94\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u8131\u786b\u6d17\u6da4\u5668\u5df2\u7136\u8ba9\u822a\u8fd0\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5206\u5d29\u79bb\u6790\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u6e2f\u53e3\u90fd\u5728\u5173\u6ce8\u5728\u5176\u6c34\u57df\u5185\u4f7f\u7528\u8131\u786b\u6d17\u6da4\u5668\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e2f\u53e3\u548c\u5730\u533a\u5df2\u53d1\u5e03\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u79f0\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u6392\u653e\u8131\u786b\u8bbe\u5907\u6d17\u6da4\u5e9f\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Singapore has joined the list of ports that will ban the use of open loop scrubbers in their waters.
