One vessel subsequently made contact with an oil jetty causing notable damage to the face of the berth, while the other left the navigable channel, struck a light beacon, then ran aground on top of a submarine pipeline. Both incidents led to considerable claims.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In each case the vessels were following the customary route outbound from the port concerned, when, at relatively slow speed and due to reasons unknown to the bridge team at the time, they started to turn such that they were almost perpendicular to their original course by the time they made contact. Neither vessel was able to stop the turn by, in one case, applying full opposite rudder along with the use of the bow thruster, and in the other, despite using full ahead on the main engine with full rudder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Ship Handling Incidents at Low Speed.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u4f4e\u901f\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u8239\u8236\u64cd\u7eb5\u4e8b\u6545<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u897f\u82f1\u4fdd\u8d54\u534f\u4f1a\u5904\u7406\u4e86\u4e24\u8d77\u7d22\u8d54\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u662f\u4e00\u8258\u96c6\u88c5\u7bb1\u8239\u548c\u4e00\u8258\u6cb9\u8f6e\u5728\u5f15\u822a\u79bb\u6e2f\u65f6\u83ab\u540d\u5730\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u63a7\u5236\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u8258\u8239\u968f\u540e\u4e0e\u77f3\u6cb9\u7801\u5934\u53d1\u751f\u78b0\u649e\uff0c\u5bf9\u6cca\u4f4d\u6b63\u9762\u9020\u6210\u663e\u8457\u635f\u6bc1\uff0c\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u8258\u5728\u79bb\u5f00\u901a\u822a\u822a\u9053\u65f6\uff0c\u649e\u4e0a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u706f\u5854\u540e\u6401\u6d45\u5728\u6d77\u5e95\u7ba1\u9053\u7684\u9876\u90e8\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u8d77\u4e8b\u6545\u5747\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u9ad8\u989d\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u4e24\u8d77\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\uff0c\u8239\u8236\u5747\u6cbf\u9a76\u51fa\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u822a\u7ebf\u822a\u884c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u8239\u901f\u76f8\u5bf9\u7f13\u6162\u53ca\u9a7e\u9a76\u53f0\u56e2\u961f\u5f53\u65f6\u672a\u77e5\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5f00\u59cb\u8f6c\u5411\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u53d1\u751f\u78b0\u649e\u65f6\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u5df2\u4e0e\u539f\u822a\u5411\u5782\u76f4\u3002\u4e24\u8258\u8239\u90fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u505c\u6b62\u8f6c\u5411\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u8258\u8239\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u824f\u4fa7\u63a8\u529b\u5668\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u53cd\u5411\u6253\u6ee1\u4e86\u8235\uff1b\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u8258\u8239\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e3b\u673a\u5df2\u4f7f\u7528\u5168\u6ee1\u8235\u5168\u901f\u524d\u8fdb\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; The Club has experienced two claims recently where, in separate incidents, a container vessel and a tanker inexplicably lost control whilst departing port under pilotage.
