China\u2019s Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) has published new guidelines, effective from 1st January 2019. The guidelines prohibit the discharge of water washings from open-loop scrubbers in certain areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u300aIMSBC<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5c06\u4e8e2019<\/span>\u5e741<\/span>\u67081<\/span>\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0cBrookes Bell LLP<\/span>\u7684Penelope Cooke<\/span>\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u5373\u5c06\u751f\u6548\u7684\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4f1a\u5bf9\u8f7d\u8fd0\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8239\u8236\u4ea7\u751f\u4f55\u7b49\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u6709\u5173\u300aIMSBC<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7MSC.426(98)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u53f7\u51b3\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n
