\u8fd1\u671f\uff0cGard\u6536\u5230\u4e86\u6570\u8d77\u94f6\u884c\u58f0\u79f0\u7164\u70ad\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u6e2f\u53e3\u9519\u8bef\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u76f8\u5173\u8d27\u7269\u4e8e2018\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u6e2f\u53e3\u88c5\u8239\uff0c\u8fd0\u5f80\u5370\u5ea6\u3002\u62b5\u8fbe\u5370\u5ea6\u540e\uff0c\u8239\u65b9\u5728\u672a\u6536\u5230\u6b63\u672c\u63d0\u5355\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u51ed\u65e0\u5355\u653e\u8d27\u4fdd\u51fd(LOIs)\uff0c\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7ed9\u4e86\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u3002\u6d89\u6848\u94f6\u884c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5176\u4e3a\u8d2d\u4e70\u8d27\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4fe1\u8d37\uff0c\u662f\u6b63\u672c\u63d0\u5355\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

Misdelivery of coal shipments in India<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Misdelivery claims highlight the risks involved when delivering cargo without the production of the original bills of lading.<\/p>\n

Gard has been notified of several recent cases involving banks claiming for misdelivery of coal cargoes at Indian ports.<\/p>\n

The cargoes were loaded at various ports and carried to India during the first half of 2018. Upon arrival in India, the cargo was delivered to receivers against letters of indemnity (LOIs) without production of the original bills of lading. The banks involved state that they extended credit for the purchase of the cargoes and that they are the holders of the original bills of lading.<\/p>\n

\u300aIMSBC<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5c06\u4e8e2019<\/span>\u5e741<\/span>\u67081<\/span>\u65e5\u751f\u6548\u3002\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\uff0cBrookes Bell LLP<\/span>\u7684Penelope Cooke<\/span>\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u5373\u5c06\u751f\u6548\u7684\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4f1a\u5bf9\u8f7d\u8fd0\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8239\u8236\u4ea7\u751f\u4f55\u7b49\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u6709\u5173\u300aIMSBC<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ec4\u7ec7MSC.426(98)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u53f7\u51b3\u8bae\u3002<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u6d77\u8fd0\u56fa\u4f53\u6563\u8d27<\/span>(IMSBC)<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c06\u7164\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u7531\u975e\u6676\u5f62\u78b3\u548c\u78b3\u6c22\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5929\u7136\u56fa\u4f53\u53ef\u71c3\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u7164\u4ee5\u6613\u71c3\u6027\u548c\u81ea\u70ed\u6027\u95fb\u540d\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u67d0\u4e9b\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u4e5f\u6709\u6613\u4e8e\u6db2\u5316\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u90fd\u5177\u6709<\/span>B<\/span>\u7ec4\u5316\u5b66\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u81ea\u70ed\u6216\u6392\u653e\u7532\u70f7\uff1b\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5373\u5c06\u751f\u6548\u7684\u300a<\/span>IMSBC<\/span>\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e3a<\/span>A<\/span>\u7ec4\uff08\u5373\u6613\u4e8e\u6db2\u5316\uff09\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7164\u7c7b\u8d27\u7269\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u53d6\u5f97\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6<\/span>A<\/span>\u7ec4\u8d27\u7269\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7cbe\u77ff\u3001\u954d\u77ff\u77f3\u548c\u94c1\u77ff\u7c89\uff09\u76f8\u540c\u7684<\/span>TML<\/span>\u8bc1\u4e66\u548c\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u8bc1\u4e66\u3002<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
