Skuld\u9f13\u52b1\u5176\u6240\u6709\u4f1a\u5458\u53ca\u88ab\u4fdd\u9669\u4eba\u5c312020\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u9650\u786b\u4ee4\u5b9e\u65bd\u65e9\u671f\u89c4\u5212\u3002<\/p>\n

Skuld \u60f3\u8981\u5f3a\u8c03\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u63d0\u524d\u4e3a\u8239\u53ea\u51c6\u59070.50% m\/m\u71c3\u6599\u5c06\u6d89\u53ca\u51e0\u9879\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u540c\u65f6\u6e05\u7a7a\u591a\u4e2a\u6cb9\u7bb1\u65f6\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u5728\u5c01\u95ed\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u6e05\u6d17\u6cb9\u7bb1\u65f6\u6b63\u786e\u5904\u7406\u548c\u5904\u7f6e\u79ef\u805a\u7684\u6c61\u57a2\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e25\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u5404\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf(SMS)\uff0c\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u8bad\u7ec3\u6709\u7d20\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u5c06\u964d\u4f4e\u53d1\u751f\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n

Skuld encourages all its members and assureds to conduct early planning regarding the Global Sulphur Cap 2020 limits.<\/p>\n

Skuld would like to highlight that the preparation for having the vessels ready for 0.50% m\/m fuel will involve several sets of risk. These include but are not limited to stability issues when several fuel tanks are emptied at the same time, work in enclosed spaces and correct handling and disposal of accumulated sludge during tank cleaning.<\/p>\n

Strict compliance with each company’s Safety Management System (SMS), proper risk assessments and well-trained crew will reduce the risk on unwanted events.<\/p>\n
