And teams that work best are those where team members feel valued \u2013 where they treat each other with dignity and respect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">On 8 January 2019, amendments to the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC) entered into force which intend to better protect seafarers against shipboard harassment and bullying. The amendments relate to the Code implementing Regulation 4.3 <em>\u2018Health and safety protection and accident prevention\u2019<\/em> and require governments to cover harassment and bullying when developing laws, regulations and guidelines for the management of occupational safety and health on board ships that fly its flag. More specifically, Guideline B4.3.1 has been amended at paragraph 1 to refer to the latest version of the <em>\u2018Guidance on eliminating shipboard harassment and bullying\u2019<\/em> jointly published by the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) and the International Transport Workers\u2019 Federation (ITF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Everyone Should Be Treated with Dignity and Respect at Work.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #022469;\"><strong>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u90fd\u5e94\u5f97\u5230\u5c0a\u4e25\u4e0e\u5c0a\u91cd<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8239\u8236\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u9ad8\u6548\u8425\u8fd0\u9700\u8981\u8239\u4e0a\u8239\u5458\u4eec\u534f\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5de5\u4f5c\u505a\u5f97\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6b63\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u6210\u5458\u611f\u89c9\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u89c6\u3001\u6210\u5458\u4eec\u5f7c\u6b64\u4ee5\u5c0a\u4e25\u548c\u5c0a\u91cd\u76f8\u5f85\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2019\u5e741\u67088\u65e5\uff0c\u300a2006\u5e74\u6d77\u4e8b\u52b3\u5de5\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\uff08MLC\uff09\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u8239\u5458\u514d\u53d7\u8239\u4e0a\u9a9a\u6270\u548c\u6b3a\u51cc\u3002\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4fee\u6b63\u4e86\u300a\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u5b88\u5219\u4e2d\u5173\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\u89c4\u52194.3<em>\u2018\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u62a4\u53ca\u4e8b\u6545\u9884\u9632\u2019<\/em>\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5e76\u8981\u6c42\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u5c31\u60ac\u6302\u5176\u8239\u65d7\u7684\u8239\u8236\u7684\u8239\u4e0a\u804c\u4e1a\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7ba1\u7406\u5236\u5b9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u6307\u5f15\u65f6\u5e94\u5c06\u9a9a\u6270\u548c\u6b3a\u51cc\u6db5\u76d6\u5728\u5185\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4fee\u6b63\u4e86\u5bfc\u5219B4.3.1\u7b2c1\u6bb5\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u63f4\u5f15\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u8239\u534f\u4f1a\uff08ICS\uff09\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u8fd0\u8f93\u5de5\u4eba\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\uff08ITF\uff09\u5171\u540c\u51fa\u7248\u7684<em>\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u6d88\u9664\u8239\u4e0a\u9a9a\u6270\u548c\u6b3a\u51cc\u6307\u5357\u300b<\/em>\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 13.3333px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN&nbsp;&nbsp; Safe and efficient operation of ships require the crew onboard to work as a team.
