The September-October typhoon season in the Philippines is of particular concern. Skuld is monitoring entered vessels that load nickel ore in the region, and we see an increase of rain affected cargo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nickel ore liquefaction \u2013 recent Skuld experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">We recently had a nickel ore liquefication issue on an entered vessel. She loaded nickel ore in the Philippines and two days later cargo liquefication occurred when facing a tropical storm. The Master reported that the cargo in holds number 1 and 2 had liquefied, and the depth of the liquefication was about 70cm from the cargo surface. The cargo in holds number 3 and 4 had slid to the portside and the vessel was listing about 7 degrees to port.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Nickel Ore Liquefaction Alert.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\">\u8b66\u60d5\u954d\u77ff\u6db2\u5316<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u7684\u954d\u77ff\u533a\uff0c\u96e8\u5b63\u4ece6\u6708\u5f00\u59cb\u4e00\u76f4\u6301\u7eed\u523011\u6708\u3002\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe9\u6708\u81f310\u6708\u7684\u53f0\u98ce\u5b63\u66f4\u52a0\u4ee4\u4eba\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002Skuld\u7edf\u8ba1\u4e86\u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u88c5\u8f7d\u954d\u77ff\u7684\u8239\u53ea\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u964d\u96e8\u589e\u52a0\u5bf9\u8d27\u7269\u6709\u6240\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u954d\u77ff\u6db2\u5316 \u2013 Skuld\u8fd1\u671f\u7ecf\u9a8c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u8fd1\u5728\u4e00\u8258\u5165\u4f1a\u8239\u4e0a\u9047\u5230\u4e86\u954d\u77ff\u6db2\u5316\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8be5\u8239\u4e8e\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u88c5\u8f7d\u954d\u77ff\u77f3\uff0c\u800c\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u4e24\u5929\u540e\u906d\u9047\u70ed\u5e26\u98ce\u66b4\u53d1\u751f\u6db2\u5316\u3002\u8239\u957f\u62a5\u544a\u8bf41\u53f7\u548c2\u53f7\u8d27\u8231\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u5df2\u7ecf\u6db2\u5316\uff0c\u6db2\u5316\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u7ea6\u4e3a\u79bb\u8d27\u7269\u8868\u976270\u5398\u7c73\u30023\u53f7\u548c4\u53f7\u8d27\u8231\u91cc\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u5df2\u7ecf\u6ed1\u5411\u8237\u4fa7\uff0c\u8239\u5411\u5de6\u503e\u659c\u4e86\u5927\u7ea67\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN In the nickel ore regions of Indonesia and the Philippines, the rainy season starts in June and lasts until November.
