The Owners claimed that a balance of US$27,425.66 was due to them on the balance of account. The differences between the parties related, inter alia, to liability for shore crane charges among other claims.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">The owners disputed a deduction made from hire by the Charterers for shore crane hire and stevedore standby charges incurred between 07.30 on 11 May and 11.45 on 12 May. The Charterers relied on a number of provisions in the recap and charterparty, as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: ALCO20190018 Shore Crane Charges And Deductions From Hire.pdf<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#003366\" style=\"color: #003366;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18.6667px;\"><b>\u5cb8\u540a\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u79df\u91d1\u6263\u51cf<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u4f26\u6566\u6d77\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u534f\u4f1a\u88c1\u51b3\u7684London arbitration 27\/19\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d89\u6848\u8239\u8236\u7ecf\u4fee\u6539\u8fc7\u7684NYPE\u683c\u5f0f\u51fa\u79df\uff0c\u7531\u5b9a\u79df\u786e\u8ba4\u4e66\u786e\u8ba4\u3002\u8239\u4e1c\u58f0\u79f0\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u8d26\u6237\u4f59\u989d\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u6709\u4e00\u7b1427,425.66\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5e94\u6536\u5e10\u6b3e\u5df2\u5230\u671f\u3002\u6d89\u6848\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u5206\u6b67\u4e3b\u8981\u6d89\u53ca\u5cb8\u540a\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u7684\u5f52\u5c5e\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u4ece\u79df\u91d1\u4e2d\u6263\u51cf\u4e865\u670811\u65e57:30\u52305\u670812\u65e511:45\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u5cb8\u540a\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u548c\u88c5\u5378\u5de5\u5f85\u65f6\u8d39\uff0c\u8239\u4e1c\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u8d28\u7591\u3002\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u6263\u51cf\u7684\u4f9d\u636e\u662f\u5b9a\u79df\u786e\u8ba4\u4e66\u548c\u79df\u8239\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u6761\u6b3e\u5217\u660e\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\" class=\"mcePaste\" data-mce-bogus=\"1\" style=\"position: absolute; left: 0px; top: -25px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\" style=\"margin-right: 30.0pt; text-align: center;\"><b><span lang=\"ZH-CN\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: black;\">\u5cb8\u540a\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u79df\u91d1\u6263\u51cf<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; color: black;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN In the latest LMAA arbitration, London arbitration 27\/19, the subject vessel was chartered on an amended NYPE form evidenced by a fixture recap.
