The answer depends on the wording of the charterparty and the specific circumstances at the port in question.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">It is important to know that a WIPON clause, which you may include in your charterparty to allow for a NOR to be tendered\u3000\u201cwhether in port or not\u201d has its limitations.
