Different terms are used and the lack of clear definitions can confuse. But whichever system is used, it is important that it is used to its full effect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two of the more common terms are \u2018near miss\u2019 and \u2018hazardous observation\u2019.
