They have advised as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.6316px; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEgypt has lately seen a legislative development which will have an impact on Admiralty claims &amp; claims related to Aviation civil law concerning the transport of goods and passengers filed before the Egyptian Courts. This involves the Economic Courts which will have jurisdiction over commercial disputes aforesaid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.6316px; text-align: justify;\">The aim of establishing the economic courts is to speed up the handling of lawsuits now under their jurisdiction. In a new amendment to the law establishing the Economic Courts, the said courts will be applying different litigation process, differing from the ordinary litigation system, mainly in following points:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12.6316px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Legislative development in Egypt.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\"><strong>\u57c3\u53ca\u6709\u5173\u6d77\u4e8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u8fdb\u5c55<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u534f\u4f1a\u901a\u4ee3Eldib Advocates\u544a\u77e5\u4e86\u57c3\u53ca\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7acb\u6cd5\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u57c3\u53ca\u6700\u8fd1\u6709\u9879\u7acb\u6cd5\u8fdb\u5c55\u5c06\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5728\u57c3\u53ca\u6cd5\u9662\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6d77\u4e8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u548c\u6c11\u7528\u822a\u7a7a\u6cd5\u4e0b\u6709\u5173\u8d27\u8fd0\u53ca\u5ba2\u8fd0\u9886\u57df\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u5b83\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u5bf9\u524d\u8ff0\u5546\u4e1a\u7ea0\u7eb7\u6709\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5efa\u7acb\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6cd5\u9662\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u52a0\u901f\u5904\u7406\u5b83\u6240\u7ba1\u8f96\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u8bbe\u7acb\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6cd5\u9662\u5c06\u4f1a\u91c7\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5b83\u4e0e\u666e\u901a\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u4e4b\u5904\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u70b9\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN Club Correspondents Eldib Advocates have notified the Club of some developments in Egypt.
