Noble Chartering Inc [2020] EWHC 127 (Comm)<\/em>\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u539f\u544a\uff08\u822a\u6b21\u79df\u8239\u627f\u79df\u4eba\uff09\u9488\u5bf9\u6700\u7ec8\u4ef2\u88c1\u51b3\u5b9a\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u8bc9\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6b64\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u539f\u544a\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u4ed8\u88ab\u544a\uff08\u4e8c\u8239\u4e1c\uff09\u8d54\u507f\u5171\u8ba1500,000\u7f8e\u5143\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u4e8c\u8239\u4e1c\u662f\u6d89\u6848\u8239\u8236\u7684\u5b9a\u671f\u79df\u8239\u627f\u79df\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\"><strong>Apparent Condition of Cargo &amp; Indemnity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a new case, <em>Priminds Shipping (HK) Co Ltd v. Noble Chartering Inc [2020] EWHC 127 (Comm), where Claimant (voyage charterer)<\/em> appealed in respect of questions of law arising out of a final arbitration award. Pursuant to the award, the claimant had to pay the defendant (disponent owner&#8217;s) claim in the sum of US$500,000 and costs.
