The nature of the threat was a series of four piracy incidents that took place between 4 April and 14 April 2020. All four incidents involved attacks on offshore support vessels, some involved crew injuries and theft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">Masters are therefore advised to exercise additional caution when their vessels are operating in or transiting the Ciudad del Carmen region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">See attached file: Piracy in the Gulf of Mexico.pdf<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #003366;\"><strong>\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u6e7e\u7684\u6d77\u76d7<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">\u57282020\u5e744\u6708\u7684\u524d\u4e09\u5468\uff0c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u6e7e\u5357\u90e8\u6d77\u57df\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u8239\u906d\u9047\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u6d77\u76d7\u88ad\u51fb\uff0cGard\u534f\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u8239\u8236\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4f5c\u4e1a\u65f6\u5e94\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u60d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08MARAD\uff09\u57282020\u5e744\u670817\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u8b66\u62a5\uff0c\u79f0\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u6e7e\u5357\u90e8\u574e\u4f69\u5207\u6e7e\u5730\u533a\u7684Ciudad Del Carmen\u548cDos Bocas\u9644\u8fd1\u62a5\u544a\u4e86\u4e00\u8d77\u6d77\u4e0a\u88ad\u51fb\u3002\u5b9e\u8d28\u662f\u57284\u67084\u65e5\u81f314\u65e5\u671f\u95f4\u4e00\u8fde\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u56db\u8d77\u6d77\u76d7\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u6240\u6709\u56db\u8d77\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6d89\u53ca\u5230\u5bf9\u8fd1\u6d77\u652f\u63f4\u8239\u7684\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u6d89\u53ca\u8239\u5458\u53d7\u4f24\u548c\u5077\u76d7\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">\u5f53\u8239\u53ea\u4f5c\u4e1a\u6216\u8fc7\u5883Ciudad del Carmen\u533a\u57df\u65f6\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u8239\u957f\u5e94\u683c\u5916\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u9644\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;ENG&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CHN As the first three weeks of April 2020 has seen a high number of piracy attacks on offshore support vessels in the southern rim of the Gulf of Mexico we advise ships to exercise caution when operating in the region.
