Hull War, Piracy, Terrorism and Related Perils Listed Areas(JWLA025, Updated 21st September 2020)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Joint War Committee has recently reviewed the Listed Areas, and has agreed the following changes which are incorporated in the new list as attached.<\/span><\/p>\n

Amended: <\/span>
Gulf of Guinea<\/strong><\/span>
The waters enclosed by the following boundaries:<\/span>
a) On the west, from the coast of Togo 6\u00b0 06\u2032 45\u2033 N, 1\u00b012\u2032E, south to<\/span>
b) high seas point 0\u00b0 40\u2032 S, 3\u00b0 00\u2032 E<\/span>
c) and then east to Cape Lopez Peninsula, Gabon 0\u00b040\u2032S, 8\u00b0 42\u2032E.<\/span><\/p>\n

The application of this list on individual contracts will be a matter for specific negotiation.<\/span><\/p>\n
